Our recent installation – small split system Daikin brand installed for a rental property in the Lilyfield area.
Indoor unit was placed in a middle of mid size living space facing to the bedrooms direction to maximise the airflow.
Outdoor ac unit (condenser) located at the back of a property on a spacious balcony. Dimensions of the external unit are quite compact and cannot be seen from the street level.
All pipework runs externally and enclosed to the trunking (pipe casing) with the colour to match strata requirements.
Daikin split systems are very popular on the domestic market as one of the most reliable and efficient brands.
