Project – Mitsubishi Electric air conditioner installed at Lilyfield.

Our recent installation – a small wall mounted split system installed in an apartment at the Lilyfield area of Inner West. That system was installed in the apartment and the customer asked us to help him with strata approval. 

That small 2.5 kilowatts capacity system installed in a 1-st floor apartment with an outdoor unit lifted and attached on brackets to the building wall. 

All drainage plumbed into pvc pipe and ran all the way to the building storm water pipe to avoid water dripping on a common property. 

Indoor unit fitted in a corner to make it look discrete and the outdoor pipes and cables enclosed into metal trunking with the colour to match external walls. 

Mitsubishi Electric outdoor units are very quiet and it’s hard to hear in about 1m distance.
