Our recent project – Three split systems installation at Rozelle
Recently our team installed three split systems in the office in the Rozelle area.
Initially our technician was called to this place and found a very old rooftop pack unit with a gas leak. Due to the replacement costs and requirement of a crane to descent the old one and lift the new one the customer decided to install three split systems.
Two wall mounted split systems were installed in a large office space with the total capacity of 10 kilowatts and one small split system was installed for the manager’s office in the corner. Due to the layout of the building and council requirements about not having pipe casing exposed we had to run all the pipes and cables internally and enclose it into the plastic pipe casing.
All outdoor units were installed in the small courtyard at the back and placed on rubber feets to keep the bottom part off the floor to avoid rust and corrosion.
