Our recent project – Daikin multi system installation at Lewisham.
Recently our team installed a mini multi system with two indoor units wall mounted in two bedrooms in a townhouse in the Lewisham area.
Due to the layout of this building the only way to run copper pipes and cables between the indoor and outdoor units was through the roof cavity.
For that particular installation our team had to install indoor plastic pipe casing and use a condensate water pump – a special device that lifts all water produced by the indoor unit and redirects it to the nearest drain outlet.
Both indoor units installed above the doors in between the wardrobe space and external wall – the only place to fit it in.
Outdoor unit installed at the back of the property on wall mounted brackets above the lower roof.
Daikin light multi systems are one of the most energy efficient and quiet systems on the Australian market.
