Our recent project – Daikin ducted system installation at Balmain.
Last week our company installed a ducted system in a house in the Balmain area.
The outdoor unit is placed on a decking at the back and slightly elevated with rubber mounting blocks to keep the clearance between the bottom part and the decking.
That quite small ducted system has a capacity of 8.5 kilowatts and service two bedrooms and living room at the ground level and a small office space at the top. In bedrooms and an office we installed round 8" ceiling vents and for the living room customer asked us to place a linear wall grill to look better.
Also the return air grill (air intake – egg crate one) installed in a hallway.
The Daikin ducted system is a perfect solution for a house to keep it cool during the summer and warm up during the winter time.
All air conditioners come with the 5 years of warranty from the manufacturer and our company offers 5 years of warranty for materials and labour.
