Project – Mitsubishi Electric LN multi system installation at Coogee.

Recently our team installed a Mitsubishi Electric multi system with 4 indoor units for a terrace house in the Coogee area.

Technically that was a replacement of the very old multi system Fujitsu that failed due the recent storm and customers decided to replace it with the new system because the cost of repairs was impossible due to the age of the existing system. 

The customer asked to supply and install the top range system with cutting edge technologies and the best quality so we suggested the Mitsubishi Electric brand and LN model that is the premium model of the ME wall mounted split systems. 

Those four indoor units were installed for the open living and kitchen area downstairs and two bedrooms and office at the first level. 

Mitsubishi LN model has plenty of standard functions such as heating/cooling options, on/off timer and variety of special functions such as in-build wi-fi control system, direct and indirect airflow – the system automatically detect the human presence and redirect the airflow from the person, 3-D sensor – to maintain the exact temperature of the space and much much more. 

The outdoor unit located on the sideway, lifted and installed on poly mounting blocks to keep the bottom off the ground to avoid rust and corrosion.
