Our recent project – Mitsubishi Electric split system installation for a house in the Northbridge area.
Recently we installed a Mitsubishi split system for a bedroom. This house had a centralised ducted system but one room on the very top floor had no ac outlet and the customer asked us to inspect the place to see the possibility of the existing ducted system extension to this room. After site visiting we concluded that because of the roof structure it is impossible to run any flexible ductwork off the main system and the only and the best solution was to install a single split system.
The Mitsubishi Electric indoor split looks compact because of its boxy shape and has one of the best energy ratios among the top brands. The indoor unit located next to the walk-in robe and all pipes and cables concealed into the plastic 80mm pipe casing (trunking) we run throughout the robe space towards the balcony. The outdoor unit is installed on the balcony and mounted on rubber mounting blocks and that makes it possible to combine the drain from the indoor unit and the outdoor unit and bring it to the downpipe.
