Our latest project – supply and installation of two Daikin split systems for split level apartments at Maroubra.
Our team installed two units for a master bedroom and a guest bedroom.
The outdoor unit for a top bedroom is installed on a balcony and lifted and mounted on rubber mounting blocks so the water won’t affect the bottom of the outdoor unit (condenser).
The outdoor unit is placed on an adjusted wall so pipes and cables are not visible from the inside. That Daikin model has adjustable side by side louvers so the airflow could be redirected away from the bed.
The outdoor unit for the downstairs (guest bedroom) installed at the courtyard and on the ground off the tiles.
Both Daikin aircons have a 5 star energy rating and are very efficient (it takes less energy than a portable oil heater). Also that Light series of Daikin split systems has self diagnostic function, on and off timer and other useful functions (such as human present sensor).
All Daikin products come with the 5 years of warranty from the manufacturer and our company gives 5 years of warranty on installation and materials.
