Our team recently installed two split systems Mitsubishi Electric brand for a house at Lewisham. One split system was installed for a top bedroom (the attic conversion) which is right under the metal roof and all the heatload comes to it. And the second split system is for a living area. The Mitsubishi Electric AP series is one of the best split systems existing on the market and it comes with a 5 years warranty from the manufacturer. We also installed external pipe casing (we call it trunking) with the colour to match the wall.
