Our recent project – Mitsubishi split system installation at Neutral Bay.
Recently our team installed a wall mounted split system for apartments in the Neutral Bay area.
Indoor unit was installed in a corner of a small living room towards the end of this one bedroom apartment to increase air distribution throughout the whole place. Also the corner location looks better as there is no internal pipe casing.
Outdoor unit installed on a balcony and placed on rubber feets to keep a clearance between the floor and the bottom of the unit (condenser) to avoid rust and corrosion. External pipe casing matches the building colour so it is not an eyesore.
Mitsubishi split systems are one of the quietest on the Australian market and it cannot be heard in about 1 meter distance from the outdoor unit that makes it a great choice for installation in a block of apartments.
