Our recent project – Daikin split system installation at Leichhardt.
Recently we did an ac installation in one of the oldest houses from 1883.
The front part was heritage listed and we weren’t able to install an ac in there due to the heritage buildings regulations but the back of the house was a relatively new extension so we installed a split system in there with no issues.
That 7kw Daikin system installed on a wall in a living room facing towards the hallway so it potentially can cool down the whole house during the hot days.

Outdoor unit is installed right at the back on a polyslab so the bottom part won’t be affected by the dirt and rain. Daikin outdoor units are very quiet and it can be barely heard at a distance of 1 meter so it can be installed next to the neighbour’s boundary.
