Our recent project – Split system replacement at Annandale.
Recently our crew replaced an old ceiling suspended split system in an apartment in the Annandale area. The original system was installed during the construction stage about 20 years ago. Recently it failed and the customer asked us to replace it with the new wall mounted type split system as he never liked the look of the original ceiling mounted system. We decommissioned the system and removed the indoor and outdoor units to the scrap (also we removed old pipes and cables). New unit we installed in a corner of a living room to avoid using the internal plastic pipe casing. The indoor unit has stylish ‘boxy’ shape and looks good in the living room interior.
The outdoor unit was placed on the same spot as the original one but it is now lifted and mounted on rubber feets to keep the bottom of the outdoor unit off the balcony floor.
