Our recent project – Three split systems replacement at Roseville.

Last week our tema replaced three Fujitsu brand wall mounted split systems Fujitsu brand with two Mitsubishi Heavy Industries aircons.
The customer didn’t like the style of it and he asked us to supply and install three Mitsubishi Avanti split systems for his apartment in the Roseville area.
Two aircon installed in bedrooms and one in a living/kitchen area.
First bedroom and living room share the same balcony wall so it was easier to place two outdoor units there. One external unit mounted on rubber blocks to keep the clearance between the floor and the bottom part of the outdoor unit and another one we attached to the wall above.
Indoor unit in the living room sits in a distance from the external wall so we had to use a bit of plastic pipe casing (Oziduct) to make it look neater.
The second bedroom has its own balcony so we placed the outdoor unit there right behind the indoor unit.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split systems are one of the most efficient on the Australian market and one of the most reliable brands from our experience as an installation company (less warranty related in comparison with other brands).
Indoor units have a pretty modern style, compact size and strong airflow on max settings so the rooms can be cooled or warmed up fairly quickly. Also the energy efficiency ratio is very high and closer to the premium models of other brands.
