Our latest project – Fujitsu ducted system upgrade at Balmain area.
Our team recently upgraded 10+ years ducted system for a townhouse. Initially the customer called us and asked to replace existing metal ceiling grills with the plastic ones due to the condensation issues. Due to the hot and humid weather the air turns into drops as soon as it reaches the cold surface of the metal grill.
As you can see on the photos we replaced the 4-way old metal grills with the plastic multi directional ones that look much better.
Also we installed 4 zones as the original system has no zones at all and the air spreaded simultaneously between the grills. The zoning system allows to regulate the airflow and activate or deactivate certain grills.
