Sometimes we do installation only if the customer wants to supply the ac unit.
Recently our team installed a Fujitsu split system for a small one bedroom apartment in the St Leonards area. That's the basic Fujitsu model called Lifestyle series and it has all necessary functions: heating, cooling, timer etc.
The indoor unit sits on the wall next to the window and the outdoor unit is placed on the balcony and installed on rubber mounting blocks. To run pipes and cables between the indoor and outdoor ac unit we have to cut through the metal balcony frame.
