Our team installed two split systems for a heritage terrace house at Centennial Park. We installed Fujitsu Designer model split system for a living area and it suits perfectly to match the federal interior of this old house. Fujitsu Designer model is the smallest 5kw wall mounted split system existing on the market so it would fit nearly everywhere.
Also we installed another split system for the top level bedroom but because of the installation conditions (no walls to install a wall mounted type) out team installed a floor standing Daikin system. It look like portable oil heater but it does the same job as the standard split system (gives you cold and hot air) but energy consumption is much less.
